Our venue can accommodate up to 200 standing guests depending on the event type and layout. Please contact us for specific capacity details for your event.

Our pricing includes standard setup and cleanup. However, for larger or more complex events, additional fees may apply.

We do not allow outside catering, as we have a brilliant in-house catering team that can create a tailored menu to suit your event. Whether you're looking for a casual buffet or a more formal dining experience, our team will ensure that your guests are delighted with the food and service.

Setup times depend on the day and type of event:
Weekdays: Flexible, depending on availability.
Fridays: Setup time varies, so please discuss this with us upon booking.
Saturdays: We can only accommodate evening events after 7:30 PM, with setup starting from 6/6:30 PM.
Sundays: Events can typically start after 2:30PM.
As we are a sports club, our Saturday and Sunday availability depends on our sporting fixtures, which take priority. However, we will do our best to accommodate your event. During the summer, earlier Sunday events may be possible—please inquire, and we’ll confirm setup times closer to your event date.

We offer customizable event packages and may provide discounts for non-profit organizations, weekday bookings, or long-term bookings. Contact us for more information.

We stop serving alcohol at 12:00 AM, and we ask that the venue is vacated by 12:30 AM.

You are welcome to provide your own decorations for the event, as long as they are pre-approved by us to ensure they align with our venue guidelines. All decorations must be taken down and disposed of by the end of the event. Please note that certain restrictions may apply, such as no nails, open flames, or anything that may cause damage to the venue. Let us know your plans in advance, and we'll be happy to assist!

Yes, we have a fully licensed bar, stocked with a wide selection of drinks to suit all tastes. The bar is staffed for each event, ensuring your guests enjoy prompt and professional service throughout the occasion.
